As of Aug. 1, 2025 we regret the offices of Greenville Foot Care are no longer in operation. If you would like to request a copy of your records please download the release of information below and return to greenvillefootcare@gmail.com. Records will only be released to the actual patient and via email so please provide a valid email address on the release. Records will be available until July 1, 2026.

Cancellation/No show policy:
A $100 no show fee will be charged for missed appointments or appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
A $250 fee will be charged for missed surgeries or surgeries not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.
